1. Pendahuluan

Kebijakan Privasi ini menjelaskan bagaimana aplikasi AsesMy (Android dan iOS) serta layanan pendukungnya (termasuk portal Asesmy dan server ujian AsesMy CBT di sekolah) mengumpulkan, menggunakan, menyimpan, dan melindungi informasi saat Anda menggunakan aplikasi.

Asesmy adalah aplikasi klien ujian berbasis komputer (CBT) untuk lingkungan pendidikan. Aplikasi membantu siswa mengakses server ujian sekolah setelah verifikasi sekolah (NPSN) dan, jika diaktifkan oleh sekolah, verifikasi lokasi di sekitar tempat ujian.

2. Ruang lingkup

Kebijakan ini berlaku untuk:

  • Aplikasi Asesmy di Google Play (Android)
  • Aplikasi Asesmy di App Store (iOS)
  • Komunikasi aplikasi dengan portal AsesMy CBT (pro.jurnale.id) dan server CBT sekolah

Konten ujian, akun siswa/pengawas, serta data jawaban yang disimpan di server CBT sekolah dikelola oleh sekolah (operator server). Sekolah dapat memiliki kebijakan privasi tambahan untuk data akademik yang mereka kelola.

3. Data yang kami proses

3.1 Identitas perangkat

  • Identitas perangkat yang di-hash (berdasarkan ID pemasangan/vendor, bukan nomor telepon atau IMEI mentah) dikirim ke portal/server untuk keamanan sesi ujian dan integritas perangkat.
  • Token notifikasi push (FCM / APNs) untuk mengirim pemberitahuan terkait ujian atau sekolah, jika Anda mengizinkan notifikasi.

3.2 Data sekolah & konfigurasi

  • Kode NPSN sekolah yang Anda masukkan
  • Nama sekolah dan URL server CBT yang dikembalikan portal
  • Preferensi sekolah terkait integritas ujian (mis. izin jailbreak/root, lokasi tiruan, pembatasan screenshot) disimpan secara lokal di perangkat

3.3 Lokasi

  • Jika sekolah mengaktifkan verifikasi radius, aplikasi meminta izin lokasi saat aplikasi digunakan (bukan lokasi latar belakang).
  • Lokasi digunakan di perangkat untuk membandingkan posisi Anda dengan koordinat lokasi ujian sekolah.
  • Aplikasi dapat mendeteksi indikasi lokasi tiruan/mock untuk menjaga integritas ujian, sesuai kebijakan sekolah.

3.4 Konten ujian & sesi web

  • Kredensial login ujian, jawaban, dan data akademik diproses oleh server sekolah sesuai ketentuan sekolah.
  • Cookie/sesi web digunakan agar Anda tetap masuk ke sistem ujian.

3.5 Data teknis & integritas ujian

  • Status aplikasi di latar belakang selama mode ujian (untuk mengunci sesi jika meninggalkan aplikasi)
  • Indikasi perangkat yang di-root/jailbreak atau emulator/simulator (jika sekolah tidak mengizinkan)
  • Pembersihan clipboard saat memasuki mode ujian (mencegah menempel jawaban dari luar)
  • Perlindungan terhadap perekaman layar (sejauh didukung sistem operasi)

3.6 Data yang tidak kami kumpulkan untuk iklan

  • Kami tidak menggunakan IDFA / Advertising ID untuk pelacakan iklan lintas aplikasi.
  • Kami tidak menjual data pribadi kepada pihak ketiga untuk pemasaran.
  • Analytics iklan pihak ketiga tidak diaktifkan pada aplikasi Asesmy.

4. Tujuan penggunaan data

  • Menghubungkan perangkat ke sekolah dan server CBT yang tepat
  • Memverifikasi bahwa peserta berada dalam radius lokasi ujian (jika diaktifkan)
  • Menjaga integritas ujian (mencegah kecurangan teknis)
  • Mengirim notifikasi terkait ujian/sekolah (jika diizinkan)
  • Mendiagnosis gangguan teknis dan meningkatkan keandalan aplikasi

5. Dasar pemrosesan & pihak yang terlibat

  • Pengembang aplikasi (Devantara) — menyediakan aplikasi klien dan portal konfigurasi sekolah.
  • Sekolah / operator server CBT — mengelola akun peserta, soal, dan hasil ujian di server mereka.
  • Penyedia layanan — misalnya Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) untuk push notification; infrastruktur hosting portal.

6. Penyimpanan & retensi

  • Preferensi lokal (NPSN, URL CBT, flag sekolah) disimpan di perangkat hingga Anda mengganti sekolah atau menghapus aplikasi.
  • Data ujian di server CBT mengikuti kebijakan retensi sekolah.
  • Token push disimpan selama perangkat terdaftar untuk notifikasi.

7. Keamanan

Komunikasi jaringan menggunakan HTTPS. Fitur integritas ujian (kunci sesi, deteksi root/jailbreak, pembatasan navigasi) dimaksudkan untuk melindungi kejujuran ujian, bukan untuk mengakses data pribadi di luar konteks ujian.

8. Anak & lingkungan pendidikan

Asesmy ditujukan untuk penggunaan pendidikan di bawah pengawasan sekolah. Penggunaan oleh siswa biasanya diatur oleh sekolah. Orang tua/wali yang memiliki pertanyaan mengenai data akademik siswa sebaiknya menghubungi pihak sekolah.

9. Hak Anda

  • Menolak atau mencabut izin lokasi dan notifikasi melalui pengaturan sistem perangkat
  • Mengganti sekolah / menghapus data lokal di aplikasi (fitur ganti sekolah)
  • Menghapus aplikasi untuk menghapus data lokal di perangkat
  • Meminta informasi atau penghapusan data akun ujian kepada administrator sekolah (untuk data di server CBT)

10. Perubahan kebijakan

Kami dapat memperbarui Kebijakan Privasi ini dari waktu ke waktu. Versi terbaru akan dipublikasikan di halaman ini beserta tanggal pembaruan.

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how the AsesMy apps (Android and iOS) and related services (including the Asesmy portal and school-hosted AsesMy CBT exam servers) collect, use, store, and protect information when you use the app.

Asesmy is a computer-based testing (CBT) client for educational institutions. It helps students reach their school exam server after school verification (NPSN) and, when enabled by the school, location verification near the exam site.

2. Scope

This Policy applies to:

  • Asesmy on Google Play (Android)
  • Asesmy on the App Store (iOS)
  • App communication with the AsesMy portal (pro.jurnale.id) and school CBT servers

Exam content, student/proctor accounts, and answer data stored on the school CBT server are managed by the school (server operator). Schools may have additional privacy policies for the academic data they control.

3. Data we process

3.1 Device identifiers

  • A hashed device identifier (based on install/vendor ID; not raw phone number or IMEI) sent to the portal/server for exam session security and device integrity.
  • Push notification tokens (FCM / APNs) to deliver exam- or school-related notices, if you allow notifications.

3.2 School & configuration data

  • School NPSN code you enter
  • School name and CBT server URL returned by the portal
  • School integrity preferences (e.g. allow root/jailbreak, mock location, screenshot restrictions) stored locally on the device

3.3 Location

  • If the school enables radius verification, the app requests location permission while using the app (not background location).
  • Location is used on-device to compare your position with the school exam coordinates.
  • The app may detect mock/simulated location indicators to protect exam integrity, per school policy.

3.4 Exam content & web sessions

  • Exam login credentials, answers, and academic data are processed by the school server under the school’s rules.
  • Web cookies/sessions keep you signed in to the exam system.

3.5 Technical & exam-integrity data

  • Background/foreground state during exam mode (to lock the session if you leave the app)
  • Indicators of rooted/jailbroken devices or emulator/simulator (when the school disallows them)
  • Clipboard clearing when entering exam mode (to reduce pasting answers from outside)
  • Screen-recording protection to the extent supported by the OS

3.6 What we do not collect for advertising

  • We do not use IDFA / Advertising ID for cross-app advertising tracking.
  • We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing.
  • Third-party advertising analytics are not enabled in Asesmy.

4. Purposes of use

  • Connect the device to the correct school and CBT server
  • Verify participants are within the exam location radius (when enabled)
  • Protect exam integrity (discourage technical cheating)
  • Send exam/school notifications (when permitted)
  • Diagnose technical issues and improve reliability

5. Parties involved

  • App developer (Devantara) — provides the client apps and school configuration portal.
  • School / CBT server operator — manages participant accounts, questions, and results on their server.
  • Service providers — e.g. Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) for push; portal hosting infrastructure.

6. Storage & retention

  • Local preferences (NPSN, CBT URL, school flags) remain on device until you change school or uninstall the app.
  • Exam data on the CBT server follows the school’s retention policy.
  • Push tokens remain while the device is registered for notifications.

7. Security

Network communication uses HTTPS. Exam-integrity features (session lock, root/jailbreak detection, navigation limits) are intended to protect exam fairness, not to access personal data outside the exam context.

8. Children & education

Asesmy is intended for educational use under school supervision. Student use is typically governed by the school. Parents/guardians with questions about student academic data should contact the school.

9. Your choices

  • Deny or revoke location and notification permissions in system settings
  • Change school / clear local app data via in-app school change
  • Uninstall the app to remove local device data
  • Request information or deletion of exam-account data from the school administrator (for CBT server data)

10. Policy changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
